  • Providing back-end support enables smooth execution and implementation of client projects, resulting in enhanced productivity and effectiveness.\
  • Identifying and suggesting process improvements to enhance productivity and effectiveness of consulting projects is a key aspect of this role.\
  • Ensuring compliance with internal processes and procedures to maintain high standards is essential for this position.\
  • Driving operational excellence through key performance indicators (KPIs) and timely execution of service-level agreements (SLAs) is critical for success.\
  • Experience Required:\

    • Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience, preferably in consulting, human resources (HR), or operations.\
    • A strong understanding of administrative requirements and process improvements is necessary for this role.\
