  • Job Description:\
  • Deliver projects as per contract, initially under the guidance of the Project Manager and gradually developing independent project management skills.\
  • Ensure value delivery to clients by working with client teams according to designed approaches.\
  • Always look for opportunities to deliver value to clients and ensure maximum client satisfaction leading to repeat business or positive feedback.\
  • Build strong client relationships during delivery and help client personnel identify specific problems and develop solutions.\
  • Participate in Business Development activities of the firm; research potential clients and identify value propositions, make proposals.\
  • Take up team-wide initiatives targeted at improving delivery and introducing new products.\
  • Build and continuously update Domain Knowledge in Operations.\
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:\
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills and ability to interact with senior-level stakeholders.\
  • Should be presentable, confident in approach, and able to deal with people across hierarchies. Should be assertive and influential.\
  • Should be extremely conversant with Excel & PPT. Should be able to work across spreadsheets on analytics in Excel with key functions. Should be able to make professional presentations in PPT.\
  • Needs to have strong problem-solving skills, excellent work ethics, and the ability to learn new tools and techniques and apply them to client problems across industries.\
  • Needs to have hands-on experience and a proven track record for pursuit of excellence and a strong ability to cope with pressure.\
  • Should be willing to travel extensively each month.\
