We focus on product innovation and development, supply chain management, procurement, manufacturing operations, service operations, and capital asset programs to drive growth and profitability.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our operations consulting offerings, tools, and methodologies.
  • Deliver projects as per contract, ensuring value delivery to clients and working with the client team according to the designed approach.
  • Look out for opportunities to deliver value to clients, ensuring maximum client satisfaction leading to repeat business or positive feedback.
  • Build strong client relationships during delivery and help client personnel identify specific problems and suggest solutions.
  • Participate in business development activities; research potential clients and identify value propositions.
  • Take up initiatives targeted at improving delivery or introducing new products.
  • Build and continuously update domain knowledge in operations.
  • Mandatory skills:
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to interact with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Should be presentable, confident in approach, and able to deal with people across the hierarchy.
  • Should be assertive and able to influence in situations.
  • Should be extremely conversant with Excel and PPT, able to work across spreadsheets on analytics, and make professional presentations.
  • Needs to have strong problem-solving skills, excellent work ethics, and the ability to learn new tools and techniques.
  • Needs to have hands-on experience and a proven track record for pursuing excellence and coping with pressure.
  • Preferred skills:
  • Years of experience required: 4+ years.
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering, Master of Business Administration, Chartered Accountant Diploma.
  • Certifications: Problem Solving.
  • Desired Languages: English.
  • Travel Requirements: Up to 100%.
  • Available for Work Visa Sponsorship: No.
