Results-Driven Paid Media Executive

We are seeking a seasoned paid media professional to drive digital advertising campaigns forward. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in campaign execution, performance analysis and ROI optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram and other platforms.
  • Keyword Research and Targeting: Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting and competitor analysis to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize for clicks, conversions and ROI.
  • Ad Creative Development: Create, test and iterate ad creatives, copies and formats to improve performance.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ads align with brand guidelines.
  • Campaign Analysis and Reporting: Track, analyze and report campaign performance with actionable insights.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in paid media/digital advertising.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and other ad platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good understanding of digital marketing funnels and performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.). Ability to work on multiple campaigns and deliver within deadlines.
  • Certifications: Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint certifications (preferred).
