
Floor Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Floor Operations Manager to oversee the smooth and efficient running of our clinic operations.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Readiness:
- Ensure inventory levels, queue management systems, and hardware/software functionality meet our high standards.
- Verify staff attendance, grooming, and readiness for optimal performance.
- Staffing & Coordination:
- Coordinate backup staffing in case of absenteeism to minimize disruption.
- Communicate clinic readiness or gaps to the Head Office in a timely manner.
- Facility & Cleanliness Oversight:
- Conduct regular cleanliness checks in all clinic areas to maintain a high level of hygiene.
- Supervise housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Patient & Doctor Coordination:
- Inform departments about booked procedures/investigations to ensure seamless patient flow.
- Confirm doctor schedules and communicate changes to prevent any disruptions.
- Provide doctors with expected patient volumes to help manage their time effectively.
- Patient Experience & Human Touch:
- Assist patients, address queries, and educate them about investigations to provide excellent customer service.
- Engage with patients regularly to create a warm and welcoming experience.
- SOP & Front Desk Monitoring:
- Ensure reception staff follows Standard Operating Procedures to maintain consistency.
- Assist during peak hours in billing procedures to minimize delays.
- Turnaround Time (TAT) & Report Management:
- Liaise with testing departments and Phlebotomy to minimize Turnaround Time.
- Monitor urgent reports and update referred doctors promptly.
- Grievance & Emergency Handling:
- Report patient-related or operational grievances to Center/Assistant Manager for prompt resolution.
- Escalate emergencies to designated contacts and team members for effective handling.
- Sales & Business Support:
- Review OPD prescriptions for potential additional tests to enhance patient care.
- Convince patients regarding recommended diagnostics to increase sales.
- Supervision & Administrative Support:
- Manage tasks such as attending patient queries, ordering stock, and supervising cleanliness.
- Delegate workload and supervise staff performance to optimize productivity.
- Feedback & Liaison:
- Distribute, collect, and maintain patient feedback forms to improve services.
- Communicate with Reporting Doctors, Referring Doctors, and Marketing teams to foster collaboration.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to delegate tasks and supervise staff performance.
