Job Title: UI Architecture Lead

We are seeking an experienced UI Architecture Lead with strong expertise in Angular (v18+) to join our product-based team.

The Role

Lead and inspire a passionate UI team to architect, design, and deliver large-scale, high-performance web applications that are clean, scalable, and user-focused.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of front-end/UI developers.
  • Architect and develop complex, large-scale web applications using Angular (v18+).
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Establish best practices in code quality, testing, and continuous integration/deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, UX, Backend) to deliver clean, maintainable solutions.
  • Review, troubleshoot, and resolve code, performance, and integration issues.
  • Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in front-end development.
  • Foster a collaborative engineering culture through code reviews and feedback.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8 to 10 years of proven experience in UI/front-end development.
  • Strong expertise in Angular (v18 and above), including RxJS, TypeScript, CLI, and advanced component architecture.
  • Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS/SASS, and JavaScript ES6+.
  • Experience with state management libraries (NgRx).
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JWT, and integration with backend services.
