About the Role:

As a frontend engineer, you will be responsible for developing modern, impactful products that shape the user experience in a rapidly growing company.

You will be part of a team that develops agritech platforms connecting farmers directly to consumers through three dedicated frontend apps: admin web app, mobile app for delivery drivers, and mobile app for end customers.

Version 2.0 is on the way, bringing significant enhancements in user experience and performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the development, architecture, and maintenance of all frontend apps
  • Collaborating with backend engineers, designers, and product teams to rapidly deliver new features
  • Owning and championing code quality, maintainability, and performance across projects
  • Mentoring and reviewing code for junior engineers to uphold development excellence
  • Advocating for modern frontend best practices, with an emphasis on automated testing, accessibility, and usability
  • Driving innovation in UI/UX—quickly prototyping and implementing the latest technologies for frictionless user journeys

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in React.js and React Native app development
  • In-depth knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Redux, and UI frameworks (such as Material UI)
  • Strong background in unit/automated testing and continuous integration (CI/CD)
  • Track record of optimizing performance and ensuring application security
  • Experience integrating RESTful APIs and managing complex app state
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology and effective cross-functional collaboration
