Frontend Engineer Role

We are seeking a skilled Frontend Engineer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for designing and developing user-facing features using Next.js (or React) and Typescript.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of professional experience with frontend development, including building and maintaining production-grade web applications using Typescript, Next.js, CSS frameworks, and other relevant technologies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop user-facing features
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to plan, develop, and launch new product features
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve existing or newly identified prioritized defects
  • Ensure high-quality code through solid testing and adherence to best practices/standards
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share ideas/knowledge among peers

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of professional experience with frontend development
  • Professional experience building and maintaining production-grade web applications
  • Strong background in frontend state management libraries, build systems, bundlers, and static asset optimization
  • Familiarity with integrating RESTful and GraphQL APIs, managing data fetching strategies, and handling edge cases gracefully
  • Optimize frontend applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness
  • Experience with frontend testing frameworks and maintaining high confidence in code quality
  • Understanding of responsive design, accessibility best practices, and performance optimization techniques
  • Proven experience working with globally distributed teams and excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable working in an agile environment with iterative development practices
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and guide the team toward successful project completions

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with blockchain technologies, DeFi ecosystems, and crypto tools
  • Experience working closely with design tools and contributing to design systems
  • Knowledge of UI and animation frameworks, touch user interfaces, and MVP application design
