Business Development Professional

At The Coding Studio, we’re seeking an experienced Business Development Professional to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Market Insights: Conduct thorough market research to identify new sales opportunities and assess customer needs.
- Sales Outreach: Proactively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media engagement.
- Client Engagement: Establish meetings with potential clients, listen to their concerns, and tailor presentations to meet their requirements.
- Presentation Skills: Prepare and deliver engaging presentations on our products and services.
- Data Analysis: Regularly review and report on sales and financial data to inform business decisions.
- Resource Allocation: Ensure the availability of necessary resources for sales and demonstrations.
- Event Participation: Represent The Coding Studio at exhibitions and conferences.
- Negotiation and Closure: Negotiate and close deals, addressing customer complaints and objections.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve shared goals and improve results.
- Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from customers and share insights with internal teams.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Sales Executive or similar role.
- Sales on Freelancing Platforms: Proven experience selling on freelancing platforms.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English.
- Office Skills: Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Marketing and Negotiation Skills: Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques.
- Sales Aptitude: Fast learner with a passion for sales.
- Self-Motivation: Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Presentation Skills: Aptitude in delivering engaging presentations.
