Job Description:

 

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop scalable artificial intelligence pipelines to automate loan origination, underwriting and document processing tasks.
  • Implement large language model-based solutions using Ollama, OpenAI, HuggingFace and integrate via LangChain or similar frameworks.
  • Build autonomous decision-making systems using Agentic AI concepts such as agents, planning and memory chaining.
  • Design and deploy domain-specific large language models for intelligent document classification, summarization and question answering tasks.
  • Develop end-to-end machine learning operations workflows for training, testing and monitoring models.
  • Deploy AI models and microservices on Azure cloud services including Azure Machine Learning, Functions and Blob Storage.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, explainability and effectiveness of AI solutions.
  • Leverage prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation and vector stores for contextual mortgage document workflows.

 

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced artificial intelligence engineer with expertise in machine learning, natural language processing and large language models to join our technology team focused on automating US mortgage loan processing workflows.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, natural language processing or large language models.
  • Proven expertise with large language models such as OpenAI, Ollama and GPT-4 and Agentic AI design.
  • Proficiency in Python, Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow, Spacy and HuggingFace Transformers.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure Cloud services including Azure Machine Learning, Azure Functions and Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with machine learning operations tools like MLflow, Azure Machine Learning pipelines or Kubeflow.
  • Familiarity with vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone and Weaviate.
  • Experience deploying models into production-scale environments.
