OSS Solution Designer

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing passive probing solutions for control and user plane monitoring in 2G, 4G, 5G IMS, VoLTE, and VoWiFi networks. This role requires a strong understanding of telecommunications protocols and network architecture.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement passive probing solutions for new service monitoring requirements, platform upgrades, and new infrastructure migrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Develop project plans, update stakeholders, coordinate with vendors, identify risks, and create mitigation plans.
- A minimum of 4-7 years of experience in the passive probing domain in implementation or design roles.
- Product knowledge of Netscout nGenius One, Infinistream, Geo Probe, Oracle OCOM/Palladion, Voipfuture QMS, Gigamon, Keysight, Cubro, or relevant tools is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of protocols like SIP, Diameter, GTP, RTP, and various interfaces of mobile data and voice core – 2G, 4G, 5G, VoLTE, IMS.
- Familiarity with IP data networks, virtualization platforms like VMware, NFV, CNF, Docker.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills are essential.
