Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional to fill this Claims role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving and answering emails and telephone calls related to claims, advising policyholders on the claim procedure, ensuring fair settlement of claims, managing all administration aspects of claims, adhering to legal requirements and industry regulations, handling complaints associated with claims, and working independently in a high-pressure environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- At least 2-4 years experience as a claim handler or similar role
- Excellent time management skills and organizational abilities
- Top-notch client interaction skills
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
- General understanding of insurance terminology and abbreviations
- Attention to detail and process-orientated thinking
- Ability to work independently and multitask
- Proficient in basic computer handling
