Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough research to understand the client's business goals.
  • Translate client workspace requirements into actionable plans.
  • Develop strong client relationships through effective communication.
  • Manage client expectations and address issues promptly.
  • Formulate innovative conceptual design proposals integrating space planning, color schemes, furniture selections, and sustainable material choices.
  • Craft compelling mood boards and presentations to communicate design concepts.
  • Devise efficient and dynamic space plans accounting for workflow optimization, ergonomic principles, and cultural ethos.
  • Leverage space utilization strategies to enhance productivity and foster a cohesive work culture.
  • Curate and specify materials that align with the envisioned aesthetic while meeting functional criteria.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and sustainability standards.
  • Create project budgets and timelines within established constraints.
  • Source and procure materials within established budgets.
  • Prepare detailed design drawings and specifications for construction and permitting purposes.
  • Maintain accurate project records throughout the lifecycle.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Consistently raise the bar of performance.
  • Inspect sites to ensure quality standards are met.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture/interior design or a related field.
  • Experience leading client pitches and managing workplace design projects.
  • 7-12 years of experience in workplace design and team management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
