Architect for Workplace Interiors (Commercial)

We are seeking a talented Architect to join our team. As an Architect for Workplace Interiors (Commercial), you will be responsible for creating functionally beautiful spaces that reflect clients' vision and objectives.

As a member of the team, you will collaborate with a diverse group of designers, architects, strategists, brand designers, and other professionals throughout all phases of the project.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other team members to develop comprehensive design concepts that meet client's needs and expectations.
  • Apply outstanding conceptual 3-dimensional thinking and graphic presentation skills to effectively communicate design ideas to clients.
  • Develop detailed design documentation, including floor plans, elevations, and specifications, using SketchUp and AUTOCAD(2D).
  • Create realistic renderings and animations using Enscape to enable clients to visualize the design concept.
  • Select furniture, finishes, lighting, and accessories, and produce material boards to ensure that the design is cohesive and aesthetically pleasing.
  • Follow design guidelines, building codes, and regulatory requirements to ensure that designs are safe and comply with industry standards.
  • Work with the team to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget, maintaining productivity and quality targets.
  • Attend meetings with clients and contractors to discuss design changes and to provide guidance and advice.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical skills in SketchUp, AUTOCAD(2D), photoshop and Enscape.
  • Excellent conceptual 3-dimensional thinking and graphic presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate design ideas and direction effectively and quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail and technical abilities.
  • Flexibility to manage concurrent projects in various stages of development.
  • Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
  • 1-3 years of experience required in Interiors in Commercial (Office Interiors).
  • Proven experience in workplace interior design.
  • Creative and innovative thinking, with an ability to deliver unique and inspiring designs.
  • A portfolio showcasing your previous work and design style.
