Job Title: Design Professional

We seek a skilled design professional to join our team.

This role involves planning and preparing approval drawings for residential and commercial projects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop designs that meet project requirements.
  • Collaborate with senior professionals to ensure design quality and consistency.
  • Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to understand project needs.
  • Requirements:
  • 0-4 years of experience in design, preferably in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of design principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD and Revit.

Mid-level designers will lead the preparation of approval drawings, develop design concepts and schemes, collaborate with senior professionals, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, prepare and submit permit applications, mentor junior team members, and provide guidance on design and documentation.
