- Collaboration: Collaborate with doctors and healthcare staff to clarify any doubts or concerns related to coding accuracy.
- Reporting: Prepare reports and update databases with coded information to facilitate informed decision-making.
Required Qualifications:
- Life Science Graduates (B.Sc / M.Sc in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Nursing, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, etc.)
- MBBS, BDS, BHMS, BAMS, BPT, BUMS, or equivalent medical/paramedical background.
- Freshers can apply, but certified coders (CPC/CCA/CCS) are preferred.
Desirable Skills:
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Data Entry).
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
