We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team in overseeing end-to-end project delivery, including design, procurement, installation, and handover.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing turnkey retail interior projects, with an ability to understand and interpret technical drawings.

You will play a critical role in ensuring that all work is delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution: Manage and oversee the delivery of projects, including design, procurement, installation, and handover.

Coordination: Liaise with internal teams, clients, contractors, suppliers, and designers to ensure smooth project execution.

Budget Management: Develop, manage, and track project budgets and timelines. Ensure projects are completed within agreed financial constraints.

CAD Drawings: Interpret and review technical drawings, layouts, and design plans to ensure alignment with client requirements and feasibility for implementation.

Quality Control: Monitor the quality of materials, finishes, and installations, ensuring that all work complies with specifications and meets client expectations.

Vendor Management: Source and manage suppliers for furniture, fixtures, and fittings. Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks during project execution and implement mitigation plans.

Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress, budgets, and issues, providing regular updates to clients and senior management.

Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 4 years of project management experience, specifically in the retail interior design and fit-out sector.

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel for project tracking, budgeting, and reporting. Familiarity with CAD software and ability to understand and review technical drawings and plans.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Problem-Solving: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Team Leadership: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
