ERP Finance Consultant Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ERP finance consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, and ERP systems, with a proven track record of successful implementations.

The consultant will be responsible for leading the implementation of our ERP system, including configuring financial processes, setting up user roles and permissions, and providing training to end-users. Additionally, they will work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other business systems.

This is a 6-month contract role that requires a high level of expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations) and SunSystems. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and documentation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Configuring financial processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations)
  • Setting up user roles and permissions in SunSystems
  • Providing training to end-users on ERP system functionality
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other business systems

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or ERP-related roles
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations) and SunSystems
  • Prior involvement in ERP migration projects, especially SunSystems to D365, preferred
  • Good understanding of financial close processes, FX reconciliation, and system cutovers
  • Experience working with multi-country financials (AU/KR/IN desirable)
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams
