SAP Finance Control Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled SAP Finance Control Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in configuring, customizing, and supporting SAP FI/CO modules.

  • Configure, customize, and support SAP FI/CO modules including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Project Systems, Electronic Bank Statement, and Bank Reconciliation.
  • Design and implement SAP solutions for healthcare DME industry-specific requirements including rental billing, revenue recognition, depreciation, and cost allocation.
  • Strong integration expertise with Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and equipment rental modules, including Logistics Invoice Verification.
  • Create and maintain FI Master Data; implement validations and substitutions for enhanced process control.
  • Possess basic SAP ABAP knowledge for debugging, analysis, and issue resolution.
  • Extensive experience in SAP configuration, testing, documentation, and production support for complex system environments.
  • Prepared and validated test scripts covering various SAP FICO sub-modules.
  • Facilitated end-to-end testing for Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report cycles, ensuring process integrity across modules.
  • Logged, analyzed, and resolved test defects in coordination with technical teams, ensuring timely closure.
  • Conducted mock cutover and data validation activities to verify system readiness before go-live.

  • Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), healthcare regulations, and DME-specific reporting standards.
  • Provide user assistance, training, and system adoption support.
  • Conduct requirement analysis, functional design, testing, implementation, and post-go-live support.
