We are seeking an accomplished accounting professional to join our team. This role will involve implementing and configuring financial systems, as well as analyzing financial data.

Greetings from a leading organization in the industry We are hiring for a highly skilled Accountant to take up this challenging role of implementing and configuring SAP FICO. The selected candidate should have 4-15 years of experience in Full Life Cycle project implementation and configuration, experience/sound concepts in S4 HANA Finance and Central Finance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Full life cycle project implementation and configuration experience: Responsible for end-to-end project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of projects related to finance and accounting.
  • Experience/ Sound concepts in S4 HANA Finance and Central Finance: Knowledge and skills in implementing and configuring S4 HANA finance modules, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets.
  • Functional and configuration knowledge of master data, GL, AP, AR, FSCM, Asset accounting and Cash and Bank accounting: Proficiency in setting up and maintaining master data, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed asset management, and cash and bank management.
  • New GL, Document splitting and profit center accounting (PCA) : Experience in implementing new general ledger, document splitting, and profit center accounting.
  • Integration knowledge between FI and other logistics modules (e.g. MM, SD): Knowledge of integrating financial systems with other logistics modules, such as materials management and sales and distribution.
  • SAP CO (Controlling) module especially product costing: In-depth knowledge of the controlling module, particularly in product costing.
  • Business processes/configuration around cost center planning, calculation of activity rates, overhead accounting: Understanding of business processes related to cost center planning, calculation of activity rates, and overhead accounting.
  • Core business processes in controlling module along with integration knowledge with PP, COPA: Knowledge of core business processes in the controlling module, including integration with production planning and cost of goods sold.
  • Product cost planning and good understanding of MTS/MTO scenarios with Sale order costing: Ability to plan product costs and understand make-to-stock/make-to-order scenarios with sale order costing.
  • COPA design, reporting based on costing-based COPA: Experience in designing and implementing cost of goods sold (COPA), including reporting based on costing.
  • Material ledger, actual costing is preferred: Preference for material ledger and actual costing.
  • Transfer pricing concept is an added advantage: Knowledge of transfer pricing concepts is a plus.

Good to Have:

  • Exposure to Solution Manager/IDOC/PI: Familiarity with solution manager, IDOC, and PI.
  • Experience in ASAP Methodology: Experience in using the accelerated sap program (ASAP) methodology.
  • Candidate having S/4 HANA certification is preferred: Having s/4 hana certification is a preference.
