Job Title: Qlik Replicate Platform Administrator & Developer

A skilled and experienced professional is sought to manage, maintain and develop data replication solutions using Qlik Replicate.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both administering the Qlik Replicate platform and designing efficient data replication tasks across various source and target systems.

About This Role

We are looking for a highly skilled individual who can install, configure, upgrade and maintain Qlik Replicate and Qlik Enterprise Manager across environments.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and monitoring replication servers, tasks and endpoint connections. They will also ensure high availability and performance of replication environments.

Additionally, they will implement security measures including access control, role-based permissions and SSL configurations.

  • Install, configure, upgrade and maintain Qlik Replicate and Qlik Enterprise Manager across environments.

Key Responsibilities

The following key responsibilities include:

  • Design, create and optimize data replication tasks using Qlik Replicate UI or JSON configurations.
  • Enable and manage Change Data Capture (CDC) for supported source systems.
  • Apply data transformation rules, filters and mappings as required.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for replication task logic and configurations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proficient in working with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL and cloud systems like AWS Redshift & Data Bricks.
  • Strong understanding of CDC, ETL/ELT and data warehousing concepts.
  • Familiarity with Linux/Windows server environments, networking basics, SSL/TLS and firewall configurations.
  • Skilled in SQL, performance tuning and troubleshooting replication bottlenecks.

This position requires strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
