Senior ETL Developer Job Description

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ETL Developer to join our team. As a key member of our data integration team, you will be responsible for designing and developing complex data integration systems.

You will play a crucial role in implementing data solutions that meet the business requirements of our organization. Your expertise in ETL processes using Fivetran, Matillion ETL, and Qlik Sense will enable us to leverage data-driven insights and drive business growth.

In this position, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop effective data solutions. You will also be responsible for maintaining high-quality code, following best practices and standards.

Our ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with 3-7 years of experience in data integration/ETL development. You should have a strong understanding of SQL, data modelling techniques, and data governance principles.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • 3-7 years of experience in data integration/ETL development
  • Prior experience with cloud-native ETL stacks (Fivetran, Matillion, Stitch, DBT)
  • Strong understanding of SQL, data modelling techniques, and data governance principles
