Cloud System Administrator

This role is responsible for administering key applications throughout their implementation and support lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead Oracle Cloud ERP, EPM, and OTM deployments and configurations to drive project deliverables.
  2. Administer Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP & EPM applications, including provisioning configurations, enterprise applications, domains, and application components.
  3. Manage user security and roles within Oracle Fusion Cloud Security.
  4. Perform system/service maintenance tasks, backups, and recoveries of Oracle Fusion Applications.
  5. Monitor Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and EPM application performance and architecture to maintain reliability, integrity, and recoverability.
  6. Develop and implement ERP KPIs and metrics reports and dashboards to view service detail and notifications related to patching/critical updates/downtime.
  7. Communicate environment maintenance schedules, refresh schedules, and outages with internal staff, third-party vendors, and Oracle.
  8. Assist technical team members in managing Oracle Fusion Cloud instance configurations and enterprise applications.
  9. Design and implement best practices to administer and improve the reliability and security of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP & EPM.
  10. Function as the primary point of contact for all issues related to Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (ERP, EPM & OTM).
  11. Partner with Security, Network, Development, and Product Teams to identify issues and drive resolution.

Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
  • 8+ years of overall ERP administration experience.
  • 3+ years of experience administering Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications ERP, EPM & OTM.
  • Experience in at least one implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (ERP).
  • Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is mandatory.
  • Experience leading full Oracle Cloud ERP implementation projects involving requirements, design, testing, and roll-out.
  • Comfortable with Oracle Fusion data dictionary and relationships between various objects to quickly understand requirements and design solutions.
  • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations Associate/Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect Associate or similar certifications related to Oracle Fusion Cloud is preferred.
  • Deep understanding of SDLC, IT change control processes, deployment methodologies, and application server life cycle management.
  • Exceptional and advanced English communication skills are required (written, verbal, digital, and formal presentations).
  • Desire to teach and mentor other engineers with varying domains of expertise.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple, competing, high-priority projects with varying deadlines.
