Drive the Clean Energy Transition

Seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Project Finance to lead financing strategy for solar projects, liaise with banks/financial institutions, and ensure timely financial closure.

  • Lead project financing activities for solar projects (Open Access, Rooftop, Utility-scale).
  • Build detailed financial models including IRR, DSCR, payback period, sensitivity analysis.
  • Manage debt raising process from preparing DPRs, loan applications to negotiations, disbursement.
  • Liaise with banks, investors, credit rating agencies to secure project financing.
  • Review negotiate term sheets, loan agreements, financial covenants.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for financial due diligence, risk assessment.
  • Monitor cash flow, loan compliance, repayment schedules for ongoing projects.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
  • MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA / equivalent with strong financial background.
  • Minimum 8–12 years of experience in project finance, preferably renewable energy/power/infrastructure sector.
  • Proven track record in debt raising, project financing, financial closures.
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling, credit appraisal, risk analysis.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
