We are looking for a highly experienced Oracle EPM/Finance Functional Consultant to join our team.

As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for configuring and implementing Oracle EPM modules, including Planning, PBCS etc. You should have expert knowledge in this area.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience as an end-user, power-user or admin of leading Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools, such as Hyperion Planning, Essbase, Anaplan, Tagetik, OneStream, SAP Analytics Cloud etc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and implement Oracle EPM modules.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) - budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing financial data to guide major decisions, ensure future profitability, and support strategic planning.
  • Provide functional expertise across Oracle Financial modules.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, and lead workshops.
  • Drive testing, UAT, training, go-live, and post-production support.

You will also be expected to ensure compliance with financial and accounting standards.

Desired Profile:
  • Strong skills in Financial Planning and Analysis & PBCS.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as end-user, power-user or admin of leading EPM tools.
  • 3+ years of strong understanding and hands-on knowledge of FP&A, Close and reconciliation.
  • 5+ years in Oracle Financials (Cloud/EBS).
  • Hands-on experience with reporting tools: Smart View, FRS, OTBI, BI Publisher.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.

We are seeking a candidate who can work independently from an offshore location and has flexibility to align with US business hours.

Preferred Skills:
  • Chartered accountant or MBA finance or background in finance.
  • Oracle certifications (EPM or Financials).
  • Background in Manufacturing, Energy, or Services domain.
  • Knowledge of integration tools like OIC, Boomi, or Informatica.
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud experience.
