Job Title: Oracle EPBCS Planning Specialist

Job Description

As a Senior Engineer in our team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering planning solutions across Capex, Opex, Workforce/Headcount, and Long-Range Planning. You will work hands-on to build forecasting and budgeting models, partner with finance teams to align processes, and support integrations across ERP and EPM applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure EPBCS applications for Capex, Opex, Workforce/Headcount, and Long-Range Planning.
  • Design and implement calculation rules, forms, and driver-based models to support forecasting and budgeting cycles.
  • Partner with finance stakeholders to translate planning requirements into technical solutions and templates.
Requirements

We are looking for a skilled professional with 5–7 years of Oracle EPM experience, including at least 3+ years in EPBCS/Planning Cloud. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in calculation rules, forms, Smart View, and planning templates, as well as a good understanding of finance planning cycles.
