Job Title: Testing Technician


Job Description:

  • Candidate should have 4 to 8 years of experience in laboratory settings.
  • Hands-on experience with Test Lab setup is required.
  • This role involves procurement and releasing purchase orders for components, lab equipment, tools, and jigs.
  • Responsibilities include running equipment and tool tests, as well as validating test methods.
  • Support and perform design verification, IQ/OQ/PQ for medical equipment and V&V Lab.
  • Laboratory equipment calibration and database maintenance are also key responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with the team on product failure, defect management, and CAPA investigation.
  • Ensure QMS conformance and meet quality policy and objectives per organizational guidelines.
  • Prototype assemblies and testing activities will be performed.
  • Carry out inspection activities of prototype parts.
  • Maintenance of custom tools and fixtures is a requirement.
  • Support for instruments, tools, and consumable management, as well as logistics tracking of parts.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and systems, perform root cause analysis.
  • Work with external service teams for installation reports and other technical services documents.
  • Perform on-job medical equipment assessment, repair, and quality assurance checks for engineers.
