About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Venture Coach to join our team at the Gitam University Venture Development Centre. As a Venture Coach, you will play a crucial role in supporting early-stage ventures, helping them develop their ideas, and driving innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Mentor and coach early-stage entrepreneurs through ideation, product development, and go-to-market strategies.

Assist startups with the design and development of prototypes, providing practical support and insights.

Develop and facilitate training sessions and workshops on key entrepreneurial skills, such as business planning and financial management.

Collaborate with ecosystem partners, investors, and industry experts to create opportunities for startups.

Support the growth of the Venture Development Centre by creating a vibrant, collaborative environment.

Track and evaluate startup progress, offering constructive feedback and actionable steps for improvement.

Requirements:

Degree in Business, Engineering, Design, or a related field (MBA or additional entrepreneurship certifications are a plus).

2-8 years of experience in a startup, incubation center, or venture development role.

Strong understanding of prototyping, business model design, and venture growth strategies.

Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Salary: ₹ 22 lakhs per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
