Lead Visual Identity Designer

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Visual Designer to develop and maintain our brand's visual identity across all consumer touchpoints.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    1. Own the end-to-end design process for packaging, digital campaigns, website creatives, and offline collateral.
    2. Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all consumer touchpoints.
    3. Lead the design of social media content, ad creatives, landing pages, emailers, and influencer kits.
    4. Work with product and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life with compelling visuals.
    5. Translate consumer insights and brand strategy into innovative design concepts.
    6. Mentor junior designers and freelancers; provide creative direction and feedback.
    7. Stay on top of design, beauty, and D2C trends to keep the brand fresh and competitive.
  • What We're Looking For:
    1. 4–6 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
    2. Strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and digital campaign design.
    3. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); bonus if you know Figma/Canva.
    4. Experience designing for D2C, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
    5. Ability to balance creativity with commercial goals (conversion, engagement, retention).
    6. Strong eye for typography, color palettes, and visual storytelling.
    7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Nice to Have:
    1. Motion graphics or video editing experience for social media.
    2. Photography or art direction background.
    3. Experience working in fast-paced startup/D2C environments.
