Role Overview:

As a highly creative and visionary Design Lead, you'll drive our visual identity and elevate our brand through innovative and trend-forward design. This role involves leading the design team, developing campaign visuals, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints, and integrating cutting-edge tools into our creative workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Leadership: Define and drive our design vision, ensuring brand aesthetics are consistent across all platforms.
  • Campaign Development: Conceptualize and oversee 360° creative campaigns from ideation to execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Team Management: Lead and inspire a team of designers, providing guidance, feedback, and development opportunities to foster growth and innovation.
  • Photoshoot Direction: Oversee photoshoots with a creative lens, ensuring alignment with our brand's voice and visual identity.
  • Design Execution: Deliver high-quality designs using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, ensuring consistency, innovation, and attention to detail.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, UX, Content, and Product teams to ensure design solutions are aligned with business goals and customer experience.
