Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement end-to-end data solutions that meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data integration solutions.
  • Create secure, reliable, and high-performing back-end services using Python, Java, or other languages.
  • Work closely with the product team to translate user requirements into technical specifications.
  • Write efficient, well-structured, and thoroughly tested code.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve overall quality.
  • Maintain system uptime and optimal performance through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and adapt to new technologies to drive innovation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field with 0-3 years of experience OR Diploma with 4-7 years of experience.
  • Hands-on experience with web API development and backend development using SQL/NoSQL databases.
  • Able to learn quickly and apply problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data integration concepts.
  • Professional certifications like Data Engineer/Data Analyst (Databricks/cloud environments) and Machine Learning Certification (Databricks/cloud environments).

  • Analytical and troubleshooting skills for resolving technical issues.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Ability to work effectively with global virtual teams.
