A Technical Expert in Oracle SCM Implementation.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Oracle SCM applications. These include Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Warehouse Management Systems, Advanced Supply Chain Planning, Product Lifecycle Management, and Mobile Supply Chain Applications.

Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and translate supply chain business requirements into technical designs and application configurations is a key responsibility. This involves performing technical customizations and integrations using Oracle forms, reports, workflows, APIs.

Responsibilities also include supporting full lifecycle implementations including setup, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support of Oracle SCM modules. Additionally, executing data cleansing, auditing, and migration activities ensures data accuracy and integrity.

Troubleshooting issues related to SCM applications and coordinating with cross-functional teams for resolution is another key task. Furthermore, developing and maintaining functional and technical documentation, including solution designs, process flows, and user guides is crucial.

Facilitating knowledge transfer and training sessions for users and peer teams requires the ability to communicate complex technical information effectively.

Required Skills

Required skills include 5 to 10 years of experience in Oracle ERP/SCM technical roles, strong technical expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS R12), proficiency in Oracle Tools: Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, Workflows, and a solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain business processes.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
