Job Title: Oracle SCM Functional Consultant

Overview:

The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for leading the implementation of Oracle SCM applications, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery and mitigate risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct business analysis, requirements gathering, and scope definition with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Translate business objectives into functional requirements and refine them into technical action items.
  • Configure Oracle SCM applications (Inventory, PDM, Demand & Supply Planning, Shipping, Transportation Management).
  • Support business users by clarifying requirements for project teams and developers.
  • Validate feasibility of user requests against system capabilities and data structures.
  • Provide expert data analysis using SQL queries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery and mitigate risks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 8–10 years of experience as an Oracle Applications Consultant or System Analyst/Manager.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle ERP Application functionality.
  • Deep knowledge of Inventory Management, Product Data Management (PDM), Demand & Supply Planning, Shipping & Transportation Management.
  • Hands-on experience with 2–3 full lifecycle implementations.
  • Proficiency in SQL queries and SDLC methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
