Project Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced project leader to spearhead our projects from inception to delivery. The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of experience in project management across diverse domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Drive excellence across various commercial, industrial, and residential setups
  • Lead and manage high-performing teams, including project engineers, designers, sourcing executives, and key account managers
  • Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships, fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual benefit
  • Cultivate a culture of innovation, encouraging employees to suggest improvements and implement best practices
  • Collaborate with the sales team to enhance project win rates and drive business growth
  • Design and implement scalable systems to manage multiple, high-volume projects simultaneously
  • Develop and implement initiatives focused on cost optimization, budgeting, and bid proposals, aligning with organizational goals

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of managing diverse project types across mechanical, civil, electrical, infra, and interior domains
  • Strong grasp of project budgeting, costing, bidding, and execution lifecycle
  • Exceptional leadership and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders
  • Engineering degree (preferred disciplines: mechanical, civil, electrical)
  • MBA from a reputable institution is highly desirable
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on scalability and delivery excellence
