Accounting Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance professional to lead our financial operations in Hosur.

  • Manage and oversee all daily accounting operations, including Billing, A/R, A/P, General Ledger, Cost Accounting, and Inventory Accounting.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on all GST-related matters, ensuring accurate and timely filing of all GST returns.
  • Take ownership of the finance module in SAP Business One, utilizing advanced SQL skills to develop custom financial reports.
  • Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes, preparing and presenting accurate financial statements and management reports.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with all statutory regulations, including TDS, TCS, Provident Fund, ESI, and other requirements under the Companies Act.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7-10 years of progressive accounting experience, specifically within a private limited manufacturing company in India. They must have exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and strong leadership qualities.

Key Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance. Professional certification (CA / CMA) is highly preferred.
  • Expert-level proficiency in SAP Business One, strong proficiency in SQL, and comprehensive knowledge of Ind AS, corporate law, and direct/indirect taxation.
