Job Title: Specialist – Finance & Accounts

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Specialist – Finance & Accounts to join our team. The candidate will play a key role in managing statutory and tax compliances, audit coordination, and monthly financial closing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate compliance with all Indian statutory requirements, including:
  1. TDS: Deduction, payment, return filing, and reconciliations
  2. GST: Return filing, reconciliation, and addressing notices
  3. ROC: Annual filings and other MCA compliances
  • Coordinate and ensure timely execution of:
  1. Statutory Audit
  2. Tax Audit
  3. Transfer Pricing Audit

Accounting & Financials:

The specialist will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of accounting and book closure activities, assist in preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, and ensure proper documentation and accounting treatment as per applicable standards.

Reporting & MIS:

The specialist will prepare and circulate monthly MIS reports, support in monthly/quarterly financial reviews and presentations, and provide accurate and timely financial data to the finance controller.

Audit Management:

The specialist will handle all audit-related queries and liaise with external auditors, maintain proper audit trail and documentation, and ensure all audit requirements are addressed in a timely and accurate manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent; CA Inter / Semi-qualified CA / M.Com preferred
  • 4–6 years of relevant experience in Indian finance and accounts function
  • In-depth knowledge of TDS, GST, ROC filings, audits, and Indian accounting standards
  • Proficiency in finalization of accounts and monthly financial closure
  • Strong Excel skills and experience in accounting systems like Tally, Oracle, or similar
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail, accountability, and ability to work independently
