We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Team Leader - IT Security Analyst.

Job Description

This position requires an individual with expertise in managing and monitoring security tools and technologies, as well as experience in handling and resolving data security incidents. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of various data security tools and techniques, industry cybersecurity regulations and standards, and cybersecurity frameworks.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Demonstrating project and task management skills, including tracking and reporting progress against established milestones and deliverables.
  • Utilizing investigative skills, curiosity, and a drive to win in order to effectively manage security operations.
  • Maintaining proficiency in multiple technical disciplines, analytic, and quality assurance techniques.
  • Exhibiting self-motivation, a high sense of urgency, and personal integrity in all aspects of work.
  • Preparing reports, dashboards, and documentation, as well as maintaining metrics and SLAs.
  • Defining and refining operational procedures, workflows, and processes to support the team in consistent, quality execution of monitoring and detection and laws.
  • Understanding business needs and delivering high-quality, prompt, and efficient service to the business.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the candidate must meet the following requirements:

  • Have worked as a DLP practitioner/expert and lead team for response and investigations.
  • Have hands-on experience implementing, managing, and monitoring security tools and technologies related to DLP, Incident Management etc.
  • Have hands-on experience in security incident response lifecycle and its phases, with ability to handle, resolve data security incidents minimizing impact and respond to escalations.
  • Have strong knowledge of various data security tool & techniques such as DLP, CASB etc.
  • Have knowledge of industry cyber security regulations and standards.
  • Have knowledge of cyber security frameworks (e.g., ISO27001, NIST 800-53, HITRUST CSF, etc).
  • Have knowledge of various operating systems including but not limited to Windows, Linux, and UNIX.
  • Have knowledge of risk assessment frameworks, tools, technologies, and methods, with experience in planning, researching, and developing security policies, standards, and procedures, then performing testing and evaluation of documentation and controls with remediation recommendations.
  • Have advanced level knowledge of GDPR requirements and regulations.
