Lead eCommerce Platform Architect

Description

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Platform Architect to lead the development of scalable, secure, and high-performing e-commerce platforms.
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in modern front-end technologies, headless API architectures, and integrations, as well as experience with multi-country, multi-site e-commerce platforms.
  • Additionally, they should have a strong understanding of SEO best practices, GA4, and GTM, as well as familiarity with integrating payment gateways and fraud prevention tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Technical Expertise:
  • Proficiency in modern front-end technologies, such as React and Angular.
  • Strong knowledge of headless API architectures and integrations.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing multi-country, multi-site e-commerce platforms.
  • Platform and Tool Integration:
  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar enterprise-class e-commerce platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, GA4, and GTM.
  • Familiarity with integrating payment gateways and fraud prevention tools.
  • Solution Architecture:
  • Ability to design systems that meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.
  • Strong focus on non-functional requirements, including system reliability and maintainability.
  • Agile Project Management:
  • Extensive experience managing Agile projects and delivering on tight deadlines.
  • Proven ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and stakeholders.
  • Business-Technical Translation:
  • Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical tasks and solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with web analytics, accessibility standards, and advanced SEO strategies.
  • Prior experience managing distributed or global teams.
  • Full-time engineering graduate from a reputable institute.
