Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking an Engineering Director to lead the development of our India Development Center from inception. This role will be responsible for defining and implementing the technical strategy for scalable e-commerce platforms serving both B2B and B2C customers.

This is a strategic leadership position that requires guiding architectural decisions and leading engineering excellence across the organization.

Required Qualifications:

14-18 years of experience with 12+ years in software engineering.

A minimum of 5-6 years of experience working in the Ecommerce domain, across web and mobile applications for B2B and B2C customers.

Experience handling teams of 30+ and guiding them in building performant, secure, and modular systems for web and mobile applications.

Collaboration with global product and design teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.

Strong grasp of platform architecture, microservices, APIs, and cloud-native development.
