We are seeking a highly skilled Tower Design Engineer to lead our team in the design, estimation, and planning of transmission line and telecom tower projects. Your expertise in structural analysis, cost estimations, and project execution will be instrumental in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed calculations, drawings, and structural analysis for tower design in compliance with international standards.
  • Create bills of quantity, bill of materials, and cost estimations for tendering and project execution.
  • Evaluate client specifications and provide technical & commercial proposals.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, fabrication, and site execution teams to ensure alignment of design with project requirements.
  • Perform load analysis, prototype development support, and optimization of tower design for cost-effectiveness.
  • Lead the estimation process for domestic and international transmission & substation projects.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessment, and value engineering for new projects.
  • Support planning, scheduling, and resource management to meet project deadlines.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and third-party inspection agencies for design approvals and clarifications.
  • Implement ERP/SAP systems for estimation, planning, and inventory management.
  • Mentor junior engineers and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
  • 5-12+ years of experience in Tower Design, Estimation, and Project Planning in Power Transmission / Telecom Tower industry.
  • Hands-on expertise in design software (STAAD, PLS-CADD, AutoCAD, MS Tower) and ERP tools (SAP/JDE).
  • Strong knowledge of international standards.
  • Experience in global tendering & estimation for OHTL, Substations, and Telecom Tower projects.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
