Senior Business Systems Integration Specialist Role

Job Description:

As a Senior Business Systems Integration Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our enterprise systems landscape. This entails providing expert functional and technical support for Epicor iScala ERP, including issue resolution, configuration, and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop EDI files for integration with business partners, ensuring seamless Order-to-Cash (O2C) process execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the O2C process, including Order Entry, Delivery, Invoicing, and Collection.
  • Translate business requirements into clear technical solutions and specifications.
  • Coordinate system alignment and issue resolution with vendors, 3PLs, and internal teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive knowledge of Epicor iScala ERP, EDI file development, and XML-based integration.
  • Expertise in MSSQL query writing for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • A proven track record of delivering robust system integrations and supporting business processes.
