Job Description
Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team in Gangtok. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving business growth in the region.



Key Responsibilities


  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives


Requirements


  • Proven experience in sales leadership and team management
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
