The Accounts Receivable Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire accounts receivable process, ensuring that all invoices are processed efficiently and payments are received in a timely manner.
This role entails components of accounting, governance, compliance, and customer interactions within the Finance organization.
- Establish a robust governance process for accurate revenue recognition and contract adherence.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for internal management and investor reporting.
- Develop and implement month-end close processes and record transactions accurately.
- Ensure timely collections from customers and maintain effective customer relationships.
- Account Management
- Generate invoices and credit notes according to contractual terms and conditions.
- Update monthly schedules and reports, providing insights for business decisions.
- Prepare audit schedules and resolve queries efficiently.
Key skills required include expertise in accounting, analytical skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work under pressure.
