Job Title: ORM Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Online Reputation Management (ORM) specialist to monitor, manage, and protect our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor brand mentions across various online platforms including social media, blogs, forums, review sites, etc.
  • Respond to customer reviews, comments, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues raised online.
  • Maintain a positive brand tone while addressing negative comments or reviews.
  • Analyze sentiment and performance metrics through regular ORM reports.
  • Track competitor activities and online reputation strategies.
  • Recommend improvements to content, communication, and customer service based on feedback trends.
  • Evaluate and escalate critical issues or potential PR risks.
  • Manage online listings and reviews on various platforms.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
  • 0-1 years of experience in ORM, digital marketing, or customer engagement roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with SEO and content moderation best practices is an asset.
