Job Title

Our organization seeks a highly skilled Senior Staff Software Engineer to play a pivotal role in shaping our platform's product group.

  • Design and develop cutting-edge platforms for the payments sector
  • Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to define strategic roadmaps and provide technical guidance to teams
  • Develop new services using Golang / Java to meet critical business needs
  • Create scalable systems employing modern cloud technology and industry best practices

You will work closely with engineers, designers, product managers, and senior leadership to transform our product vision into actionable roadmaps every quarter. Your primary goal is to write high-quality, well-tested code that meets customer needs, resolve complex technical issues, and enhance system operability and deployability.

As an owner of security, safety, scale, operational integrity, and architectural clarity, you will drive these designs forward.

Requirements
  • At least 10 years of experience in software engineering
  • 4+ years of experience in architecting large-scale distributed systems
  • Designed, built, scaled, and maintained production services and composed service-oriented architectures
  • Passionate about developing an open financial system that fosters global connectivity

Strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and a bias towards transparent cultural practices are essential.
