About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Business Development Senior. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth from our existing global customer base through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals of our enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing and expanding install base accounts through global ERP sales. They will also have hands-on expertise with ERP platforms like IFS, SAP, Oracle, Epicor, Sage, Infor, and Microsoft.

The role requires strong strategic thinking, global acumen, and relationship-building skills. The candidate will need to be comfortable operating across diverse geographies and cultures, and skilled in managing and expanding long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account development opportunities by aligning our capabilities with evolving customer needs.
  • Collaborate with delivery, consulting, and pre-sales teams to ensure seamless client engagement and measurable value realization.
  • Maintain a robust 10x opportunity pipeline, ensuring risk diversification across accounts and geographies.
  • Enhance global presence through alliances and partner networks.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in similar roles.
  • Minimum 5 years of direct ERP sales experience (IFS, SAP, Oracle, Epicor, Sage, Infor, Microsoft).
