About the Role

We are seeking a skilled software developer to design, build, and maintain innovative business applications using Microsoft Power Platform.

As a Power Platform Developer, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining workflows, enhancing data visibility, and enabling low-code/no-code innovation—all while modernizing our operational ecosystem.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop custom applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
  • Build automated workflows with Power Automate, including RPA via Power Automate Desktop.
  • Create dashboards and reports in Power BI to support data-driven decisions.
  • Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook) and Azure (Functions, Logic Apps).
  • Leverage Dataverse and connectors for secure, scalable data integration.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Apply best practices for architecture, governance, and security.

Support and Troubleshooting:

Provide support, troubleshooting, and documentation for deployed solutions.

Core Competencies:

  • Technical: Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Data Management: Strong understanding of data modeling, connectors, and APIs.
  • UI/UX Design: Ability to design user-friendly, responsive interfaces.
  • Governance: Familiarity with ALM, environments, and Power Platform licensing.
  • Collaboration: Strong communication and teamwork skills to work across departments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in related domain.
