Oracle VBCS Consultant

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill this exciting role, leveraging expertise in modern web and mobile app development using Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) with integrations to Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop innovative web and mobile applications using VBCS with integrations to Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Utilize Oracle HCM Redwood pages.
  • Apply JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Oracle JET to extend Oracle Cloud functionalities.
  • Create dynamic user interfaces using reusable components, REST integrations, and responsive layouts.
  • Integrate VBCS applications with Oracle HCM via REST APIs and OAuth2 authentication.
  • Deploy and manage VBCS applications using CI/CD tools and Git repositories.
Required Skills:
  • Develop and maintain HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports, and Fast Formulas.
  • Build and integrate HCM REST and SOAP web services for third-party systems.
  • Manage security profiles, roles, data access, and workflow approvals in HCM.
  • Perform data loading and mass updates using HDL (HCM Data Loader), and Spreadsheet Loaders.
  • Collaborate with HR and business teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable configurations and extensions.
  • Strong experience in developing/supporting HCM Extracts.
  • Strong experience on Fast Formulas.
  • Hands-on experience in developing BI Publisher Reports and OTBI.
  • Good understanding of HCM Data Loader and HSDL.
  • Experienced in implementing User-defined Tables and lookups and Value sets.
  • Some experience in extracting data using APIs.
