Technical Lead Position

This technical lead position involves overseeing the development and maintenance of web applications using a range of technologies. We are looking for an experienced professional with strong knowledge of databases, proficiency in Python, Django, and JavaScript, and experience working in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, test, and maintain web applications using a variety of programming languages and frameworks.
  • Create and manage REST APIs for mobile and web applications, as well as work on the development and maintenance of admin panels, customer portals, and service provider applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure timely delivery of projects, including providing support for production issues such as bug fixing, vulnerability fixes, and database optimizations.
  • Manage databases, utilize project management tools, and implement authentication and authorization mechanisms.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • BE / BTech or any Master's Degree.
  • Over 3-4 years of experience in web application development and maintenance.
  • Proficiency in Python, Django, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Ajax.
  • Strong knowledge of databases, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
  • Experience with web servers like Apache and Nginx.
  • Familiarity with development tools like PyCharm, VS Code, Gitbash, Postman, and Sublime.
  • Excellent understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and MVC architecture.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with the software development life cycle.
Preferred Attributes:
  • Understanding of ITIL, SOX/ITGC principles.
  • Experience in developing e-commerce, education, and social media applications.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to new technologies and environments.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
