Job Title: Delivery Associate

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the learning experience for working professionals.

Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day operations to ensure smooth academic delivery consisting of project feedback, doubt resolution, live sessions, mentoring, and vendor management.

Additionally, you will be responsible for delivering projects and products within set time constraints while maintaining quality and project plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations for efficient academic delivery including project feedback, doubt resolution, live sessions, mentoring, and vendor management.
  • Deliver projects and products on time while adhering to quality and project plans.
  • Create and maintain a network of professional freelancers and industry experts for grading, conducting live sessions, mentorship, etc.
  • Ensure quality, project plans, project schedules, budgets, and expenditures are maintained and monitored.
  • Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to guarantee all stakeholders are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
  • Prepare weekly reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
  • Collaborate with the Technology team to automate dashboards, analyze, and interpret data.

Requirements:

  • Ability to deliver projects and products on time while maintaining quality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with MS Excel being essential.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Capacity to work on multiple tasks independently.
  • Strong customer-focus and problem-solving attitude.
